May Is Mental Health Awareness Month

May 27, 2018

My brothers, it's time to open up Pandora's box of self-awareness. Your health is your wealth and a man's mind is the computer sitting in the driver's seat. Let's exercise some caution in caring for the gray matter between our ears. Truly, it is your temple. Thoughts are things. Control your thoughts; control your life! It is not soft or wimpy to apply mental self-care, but rather a sign of intelligence and strength. If you don't believe, then read James Allen's book "As A Man Thinketh"!

Society today, places so much pressure on men to develop their physical bodies, yet completely diminishes the welfare necessary to maintain our mental acuity. My mentor (Mike Wilk) says, "You become the person you are based on the books you read, the things you watch, and the people you surround yourself with". In laymen's terms, "garbage in = garbage out". Together, let's Be Extraordinary!

Did you know that May is mental health awareness month?

"Our mental health problems are literally killing us, and that has to stop." Why is it that men have such a hard time talking about their issues? If we could express ourselves more, then some of our issues would not escalate into huge problems.

If Zayn Malik can open up, “[It] took me a long time to realize it but the key is to not be afraid to open up. Especially us dudes have a tendency to keep it in. You’re not alone.” then so can you! (please read the article below)

When you "Join The Brotherhood" you are never alone!
